I was hired to be the senior level on site resource for the company’s first International project for the largest telecom provider in India. The budget was several million and the schedule aggressive at only nine months. In June I was promoted because the company decided to open an office in India and establish a long term presence in Asia. My responsibilities include managing the political aspects of the program, invoicing, change control, staffing, and escalations through the duration of the engagement.

Responsibilities included due diligence, feasibility, writing and reviewing SOWs, contracts and RFPs, vendor selection, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, reporting and all phases of project management. I was laid off just prior to the company going out of business.
